Last weekend we stepped (way) outside the box and photographed a Food Truck. But not just any food truck. This is PhoWheels. If you are not familiar with them, consider yourself unfortunate. Until now. Get familiar with them because they are one hot commodity. Just check them out on Instagram or Facebook on any given day to see the crazy lines for their food (and amazing food photos)! They go beyond Pho and deliver amazing Bánh mì sandwiches and Tacos TO DIE FOR. We are vegetarian and absolutely LOVE their Tofu Mushroom Bánh mì and Tacos. NOMS! They even cater! What's not to love???While several people were involved in making this food truck happen, on Sunday we photographed the core team with their bad ass truck. Huy, Kim, Gina and of course, IZZY the one-eyed pup were all on location for the event. We hope to photograph them again in the Fall when the colors start to change a little more.
